  1. 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  5. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  6. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  7. u00bd teaspoon salt
  8. u00bd teaspoon ground black pepper

The instruction how to make Grilled Chicken and Herbs

  1. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry when paper towels, and pierce several times in the same way as a fork. Place chicken breasts into a large resealable plastic bag and pour in olive oil. Seal and shake bag to coat chicken in the manner of olive oil; mount up rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the bag, seal, and shake over to coat chicken like herbs.
  3. Grill chicken breasts vis-u00d0u00b0-vis the preheated grill until the juices direct clear and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest allowance of the meat reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C, approximately 10 minutes per side.
